Inappropriate Activities
There are a lot of activities/behaviors that are inappropriate at this age as they do not benefit the developmental process or even worse, they retract from the development by imposing negative themes to a child's life. Examples of such behavior include fighting, not socializing, extreme emotions and more.
Here at Piaget's Preschool, our highly educated team will strive to prevent such activities/behaviors from entering the facility by continuously promoting a friendly and social environment where every student is free to interact with one another without having to worry about not fitting in. Also, our trained psychologists at hand will be ready to deal with any signs of unnaturally extreme emotions such as intense anger and frustration or even depression if any signs like that show.
By developing such a great atmosphere of communication and interaction, we hope to make the attachment transition easy due to the fact that attachment, which is the child's development of an emotional and mental tie/bond to the parent, plays a large role in the preoperational stage. We will assist in the student drop off process by attempting to establish a quick bond between us and them.
